Support your project all the time

After negotiation with customer, we prepare to launch new project.

If customer have the drawing, which includes the dimensions, materials, special requirements, then we can make the mold according to the drawing.

If customer have no drawing, but have sample, then a sample need to be sent to our engineer, then we will gauge dimensions, and make a drawing. Then we make a mold according to the drawing. Sometimes, customer will make a sample mold, which is smaller and cost less, Just for making samples. Sometimes, customer make a big mold directly, for both making samples and mass production.

The mold usually made by steel

We promise the mold can be used for 50000 times in 10 years.

If there are some problems during the guarantee period, our company will pay for the repairs or remake. After mold making, we will test the mold, if the mold is ok.

Then make the samples, our engineer will measure the sizes of the samples and test the hardness and so on, to make sure the samples are good quality. Then we send the samples to our customer for testing. After samples confirmed, we will start mass production.

The production flow as bellow:

Drawings-Raw Material Test→Prescribe→Mixing Material→Cutting Material→First Cure→First Par Inspection→Casual Inspection→Burr Dealing→Full Inspection→IPQC Inspection→Surface Treatment-Washing or Grinding→Post Cure→FQC→Packing.

After mass production and FQC, then we will pack the quality products in plastic bags and then in cartons. If there are many cartons, we will put the cartons on palet.

Of course, if you need customized package, we can also make it, but need more money.

Then we will ship our goods, small quantity, usually by express transport , such as FedEx , DHL, TNT, UPS, or by air. If large quantity, usually by ship or land transport. (custom rubber seals)

Our CNC machining provide you

The number of tooling is greatly reduced, and complex tooling is not required for processing complex shaped parts. If you want to change the shape and size of the parts, you only need to modify the parts processing program, which is suitable for new product development and modification.

The processing quality is stable, the processing accuracy is high, the repetition accuracy is high, and it is suitable for the processing requirements of the aircraft.
